Joining SCFCU as a Systems Analyst in 2019, Jamie quickly rose through the ranks, driven by a passion for innovation and a commitment to the organization’s mission. By 2022, she was promoted to COO, where she now oversees key operational functions, fosters financial inclusion, and leads groundbreaking initiatives.

- Cannabis Banking Program: Recognizing the challenges faced by legal cannabis businesses in managing finances safely, Jamie spearheaded the development of SCFCU’s Cannabis Banking Program. This initiative aligns with the credit union’s values, ensuring financial security for underserved businesses while promoting community safety.
- CU-Digital Asset Vault™: As part of SCFCU’s mission to stay ahead of digital finance trends, Jamie plays a key role in introducing innovative solutions, such as a first-of-its-kind Crypto wallet for credit unions.
- Non-Resident Alien Program: To better serve immigrant communities, SCFCU has launched a non-resident alien program, providing accessible banking solutions for those traditionally excluded from financial services.
